All October long, local businesses and organizations around Carroll County are turning purple to support survivors. From special menu items and in-store promotions to community events, every participating neighbor helps ensure that when crisis calls, a trained advocate answers.

Have fun creating purple-themed products, services, offers, and activities throughout October for Domestic Violence Awareness Month with proceeds benefiting The Purple Flower. Examples:
- Purple lattes, smoothies, deserts, cocktails or mocktails
- Purple merchandise grouped and prominently displayed
- Purple paint, craft, spa, music or game night

More than a fundraiser, this is an opportunity to amplify awareness and our reach—so when someone faces domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking, they know who they can turn to. The only limit to what you can do is your creativity. We can’t wait to see what you come up with!
