Seeds of Hope Harvest Gala Volunteer Shifts

Please fill out our brief Gala Volunteer form to signup for a shift on Friday Nov 13 or Saturday Nov 14. The event is Saturday, Nov 14 from Noon-4pm (with doors for the Luncheon at 11:30am) at The Opera of the Ozarks at Inspiration Point. Thank you!! Friday, 11/13	4–6pm	Haul-in & setup	Carry in supplies, decorate, and arrange tables/chairs.	4
Saturday, 11/14	9:30–11:30am	Setup	Set tables, prepare food/drink stations and auction items, and final decor.	4
	11:30am–1:30pm	Luncheon Hospitality	Assist with seating, serving food/drinks, and luncheon cleanup.	2
	11:30am–1:30pm	Welcome & Registration	Welcome guests, check tickets, register walk-ins, and take payments.	2
	Noon–2pm	Soirée Hospitality	Serve refreshments and keep food/drink supplies stocked.	2
	1:30–3pm	Info Table & Silent Auction	Assist late arrivals, answer questions, and close the silent auction.	1
	2–4pm	Soirée Hospitality	Serve refreshments and tidy the food/drink counter.	2
	2:45–4pm	Auction Checkout & Pickup	Take payments, pack auction items, and assist winners with pickup.	3
	4-5pm	Tear Down & Haul Out	Strike stage, lobby, and haul out supplies.	4

New Volunteers

Whatever level of involvement you’re interested in, once you begin the application process, you’ll be the first to hear as soon as we have volunteer opportunities that match your preferences and availability.

Community Volunteer

We regularly need help assembling “go-bags” with donated and purchased supplies (from our Amazon Wish List) as well as tabling events and supporting our fundraising efforts. Join us as a Community Volunteer to be notified when opportunities arise.

Referral & Specialist Partner

We need help with 1-on-1 specialty services like Translation, Emergency Transport, Legal Services, Client Advocacy, and administrative tasks requring training. If you’d like to be considered, please submit this interest form and we’ll be in touch.

Client Advocate

To volunteer as a Client Advocate, you must first apply and be onboarded as a Community Level Volunteer. This level of engagement requires additional background checks, vetting, and a 40-hour training program. When such a training opens up, we’ll post it here and share with all active Community Volunteers.

Our Seeds of Hope fundraising and Donor Drive is officially underway! While we need volunteers for our Nov 14 Gala, we need everyone to help us SHARE SEEDS OF HOPE to help us reach our funding goal and keep our 24/7 crisis line answered.
