With your help, we got so much done in April for Sexual Assault Awareness Month:

• Distributed 300 drink spike test cards & launched Safe Bar program
• Hosted Law Enforcement Response to Sexual Violence training by the AR Coalition Against Sexual Assault for the 1st time in Carroll County
• Raised over $2k from Out In Eureka’s 1st Diversity Weekend Unicorn Roundup fundraiser
• Raised over $1k mostly from $1 raffle tickets at New Delhi / Bad Jacksons benefit show.

New Outreach Programs

As part of our new Safe Organizations outreach program, we asked civic organizations county-wide to:

• Commit to building a local culture of accountability
• Send leadership to sexual violence awareness training in June
• Establish or update sexual violence prevention & response policies and procedures

And we are now supplying participating local Safe Bars with drink spike test cards, staff tips for sexual violence signs & interventions and signage launching “angel shot” protocols for customers seeking help.
